Dave Furman

Dave and Gloria Furman have two daughters (Aliza 3 and Norah 1) with another child on the way in January 2011. The Furman's have lived in the Arabian Peninsula for the past two years. They moved here to help start Redeemer Church of Dubai and for Dave to become the first pastor. Dave has previously served in various churches in the US and together they have also ministered with university students around the world in Mexico, Spain, Kenya and China and get their greatest joy is proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ to the world. Dave enjoys reading, playing with his daughters and watching the airplanes that fly by his office window.
Glen Jones

Glen and Donita Jones have been in Dubai for six years, during which time their family has increased from 1 to 4 children: Joshua (6), Kalea (4), Sam (3) and Liam (1). Previously serving the Protestant Church in Oman where Donita worked with you and children, they moved to UCCD in 2004 where Glen served as the Director of Music Ministries. Donita loves working with teenagers, baking and decorating cakes, and homeschooling their kids. Glen loves the Lord, his family, the church, and meeting people from so many different countries... and he plays and writes a bit of music on the side. They are both excited about what God is doing at Redeemer.
David Lawrence

David and Kris Lawrence moved to the UAE with their 5 children in 2003, living first in Sharjah and moving later to Dubai. David is a Vice President with a consulting company, having previously worked in finance with General Electric. Kris is an elementary teacher. Together they have ministered with university students in the US, Guatemala, Kenya, and the Middle East. David has been a deacon at UCCD and has led the membership classes at UCCD and Redeemer. He enjoys ethnic foods, surfing, desert outings, and hang out time with his kids and the Redeemer youth, but most of all, leading people in the discovery of the riches of God's Word and the wonders of His grace in Christ.
Lenny Muthiah

Lenny and Samantha Muthiah moved back to the UAE in January of 2007 shortly after their wedding. They love eating out and hanging out with friends and are excited to see what God is going and will do through Redeemer. Lenny was born in Dubai and apart for 3 years in Australia, has lived in Dubai all his life; he served on staff at UCCD for 3 years before moving to Redeemer. Lenny enjoys photography, music, design but most of all is passionate about seeing those in the church changed through the transforming power of the gospel.
Brian Parks

Brian, Joanne and the four Parks daughters moved to Dubai in 2002. They love the hospitality of the Middle East and the cross cultural mix of Dubai with it's more than 200 nationalities. Redeemer Church of Dubai is the third church plant they've helped launch. Brian is Vice President of GDS Knowledge Consultants and has workplace experience in Mechanical Engineering during the 80's and University student ministry in the 90's. Other than reading, studying, and teaching the Bible, Brian enjoys a rousing family dinner conversation, Thai food, Ultimate frisbee, and his miniature wirehair dachshund named Winston.
Mack Stiles

Mack and Leeann Stiles and their three sons have traveled and lived many places before landing in Dubai 9 years ago: including Kenya, Tunisia and Guatemala. Mack is the CEO of Gulf Digital Solutions in Knowledge Village. Before moving to Dubai Mack served with InterVarsity in the US for over 20 years in various management roles. Before becoming a founding elder at Redeemer, Mack served as an elder at UCCD, our sister church in the UAE. Mack has authored four Christian books, one of which is co-authored by Leeann. The most current book is Marks of the Messenger. Mack enjoys photography and snow skiing but most of all loves thinking through how to apply the gospel of grace to issues confronting students in the university world.
